How We Can Add Value
A project overran on a refurbishment project where the main contractor experienced considerable difficulties in stabilising basement works, which impacted the progress of the work.
By keeping and submitting with contractually correct notices, and meticulously documenting photographic evidence and reports, together with a progress dropline programme on a weekly basis, we enabled a claim for EOT (extension of time) and prolongation of £195K to be agreed at £167K without the need for litigation.
Our client was the only sub-contractor on the project who managed to secure payment of a claim.
